ITINERARY

If you are in Buenos Aires for a short time, you naturally want to see as much of this fantastic city as possible. But it is so big, where do you start? Make your city trip complete with this Bike Tour merging the south of the city with its old neighborhoods and the north with its new infrastructures.

A great tour for locals as well as visitors, with experienced local guides showing you the safest ways to cycle through the most important neighborhoods and see the highlights, the landmarks and the beautiful parks of these boroughs in 7 hours, while appreciating the culture, the passion and the daily routine.

We’ve been perfecting our Buenos Aires City Bike Tour for almost ten years, and we think it’s one of the best tours in town. Your guide will take you into the heart of the oldest part of south Buenos Aires starting in San Telmo, to La Boca, famous for the emblematic stadium La Bombonera and the open museum Caminito. Then, we will take a lunch break in Puerto Madero, at our expense. This is a great opportunity to get to know your guide and group more and ask all of your burning questions about Buenos Aires and how best to spend your time there. Afterwards, you will leave the standard route and cycle to the natural park Costanera Sur alongside El Río La Plata , then weave among the skyscrapers of the new district of Puerto Madero until La Plaza de Mayo where hundreds years of history is exhibited among El Cabildo, La Casa Rosada and La Catedral Metropolitana. Then, you will head to the north, in the neighborhood of Retiro cycling till La Plaza San Martin dedicated to the founder of the nation, with El Edificio Kavanagh perched on its side; down the hill el Monumento de Los Caídos de las Malvinas and right in front it, El Torre Monumental.

Buenos Aires is a beautiful backdrop to any photo, and your guide will make sure to take you to the best spots throughout the day. The ride will delve you up to Recoleta to see the famous Cementerio de Recoleta before longing the road to La FLoralis Genérica. After you will take a detour in the unique neighborhood of Palermo Chico, on the way to El Planetario. Being In Palermo, you will take a lovely ride through the garden of roses El Rosedal, before cycling back to the classified academicismo italiano parliament El Congreso.

Recomendations

In summertime, temperatures can be high, so we recommend wearing light clothes with long sleeves, hat, sunglasses, sun lotion and extra hydration.
In winter season, because of the cold weather extra coating, gloves and a warm hat are suggested to be worn during the cruise.

¡Grandes personas! No los puedo recomendar suficiente.

Fuimos en esta gira a mediados de febrero y la gira duró alrededor de 7-7.5 horas. Durante nuestro paseo en bicicleta por la ciudad, llegamos básicamente a todos los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad. Si tiene un tiempo limitado como nosotros, este fue un excelente para ver muchas cosas en menos tiempo. Buenos Aires es una ciudad amigable con las bicicletas, con carriles para bicicletas en la mayoría de las carreteras, por lo que me sentí seguro en las carreteras durante todo el recorrido. Lo que hizo que la gira fuera especialmente genial fue nuestra guía Arnold y el dueño de la tienda, Fernando. Arnold fue muy amable y conocedor de la historia y las historias detrás de cada uno de los sitios que visitamos. Era un tipo con los pies en la tierra y charló con nosotros como amigos y nos ayudó a tomar fotografías durante todo el recorrido. También se centró al 100% en términos de seguridad: nos indicó que fuéramos y nos detuviéramos varias veces, y nos hizo sentir seguros montando nuestras bicicletas. Al final de la gira, Fernando nos invitó a la tienda a probar un poco de "yerba mate", una experiencia que nos dio una idea de la tradición social del país. Nos sentamos en círculo y compartimos esta bebida local y solo hablamos y platicamos. Definitivamente una experiencia única que recordaré por mucho tiempo. ¡Gracias por la maravillosa experiencia!

¡Este tour es obligatorio! Diego fue nuestro guía turístico durante el día y fue fantástico, muy conocedor, apasionado y divertido. Pudimos ver lo mejor del Norte y del Sur, ambos hermosos pero muy diferentes. También disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo. Las bicicletas eran cómodas, las carreteras son planas y siempre me sentí seguro. Definitivamente recomiendo 100% !!

La mejor experiencia de mi reciente viaje a Buenos Aires. Una forma realmente nueva de ver, entender y vivir Buenos Aires. Tomé el tour de un día completo, que incluye el norte y el sur de la ciudad.
